PARIS — EVE Air Mobility opened the 2025 edition of the Paris Airshow. On June 15, 2025, the company announced its first binding framework agreement with Revo, an advanced urban air mobility (UAM) operator based in São Paulo, Brazil, and its parent company, Helicopters International SA (OHI).
The contract includes the purchase of up to 50 electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft, as well as associated entry into service and aftermarket services. This milestone marks Eve’s transition from development to execution, solidifying its position as a leading provider of next-generation UAM solutions.
“This binding agreement with Revo and OHI is a pivotal step for Eve, demonstrating growing market confidence in our technology and operational model,” said Johann Bordais, CEO of Eve Air Mobility. “By moving from concept to implementation, we are not only advancing our commercial roadmap but also helping to shape a robust and sustainable UAM ecosystem, setting a global benchmark for eVTOL deployment.”

The agreement was celebrated in EVE’s chalet at the Paris Airshow, where the company presented the first version of the full-scale mockup, updated with all the latest design iterations.
The full-scale mockup features eight push-up propellers, each equipped with four blades, a design change from the previous concept iteration.
The vehicle will not be equipped with flaps, and as a result, both push-up and push-forward propellers will be used simultaneously for a reduced amount of time to generate the necessary takeoff lift. The cabin has also been rearranged, with two rows of seats, behind which a cargo bay is found for carry-on items.

Global Market Outlook
On the same day, the company published its first-ever Global Market Outlook, highlighting the surging demand surrounding the urban air mobility category. The market outlook offers insight into the next 20 years, forecasting demand for up to 3 billion passengers by 2045. The estimated in-service vehicle fleet is expected to reach 30,000 units, with a potential revenue of USD $280 billion.
“The Global Market Outlook furthers the excitement and momentum we have seen in collaborating with our customers and municipal partners worldwide,” said Johann Bordais, CEO of Eve Air Mobility. “Today, the UAM market benefits from urban growth, higher traffic congestion, and a positive shift towards sustainable mobility. Demand for UAM is strong and marks the beginning of a major shift in how people will move and live in cities worldwide.”

Regional Breakdown
Eve anticipates significant growth in the Asia-Pacific region, driven by dense megacities and a rising middle class. North America shows promise due to substantial investment and an established aviation ecosystem. Europe may experience slower growth due to regulatory challenges.
Latin America presents opportunities with eVTOLs addressing urbanization and renewable energy. Although smaller, the Middle East is an early adopter, focusing on innovation and sustainable transportation. The African market is driven by the opportunity to overcome infrastructure challenges from high urban population growth and enhance the tourism experience.
