DALLAS — LATAM Airlines Group (LA) has announced a new nonstop route connecting Miami and Buenos Aires, set to begin daily operations on December 1, 2025. The service will continue to Santiago, Chile, offering enhanced connectivity across the Americas.
Flights will be operated with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, configured to carry between 271 and 300 passengers. With a flight time of just under nine hours, the new service significantly cuts travel time between the U.S. and Argentina’s capital.
Flight Schedule
The daily route, LA543, departs Miami International Airport (MIA) at 22:15 and arrives at Buenos Aires’ Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) at 08:55 the following morning. The return flight, LA542, leaves Ezeiza at 10:55 and arrives in Miami at 17:50. The aircraft then continues to Santiago, completing the Miami–Buenos Aires–Santiago triangle.
“This new route is an exciting milestone for travel between the U.S. and Argentina,” said Cristina de Melo Nascimento, LA’s VP for North America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. “It brings easier access to Buenos Aires for leisure and business travelers alike.”
LATAM estimates the new service could transport more than 170,000 passengers annually. Tickets will be available soon on LATAM.com and through authorized travel agencies.
