WASHINGTON, D.C. — Avelo Airlines (XP) has placed a firm order for 50 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, with purchase rights for an additional 50. Aircraft deliveries are expected to begin in the first half of 2027. The list-price value of the order is US$4.4 billion, excluding purchase rights.

XP's network focuses on offering nonstop flights to popular leisure destinations across the United States, the Caribbean, and Mexico, utilizing smaller, more convenient airports.
The airline serves over 50 popular destinations, with major bases including Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), Wilmington Airport (ILG), and Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
