MIAMI – Avianca (AV) has announced the reactivation of its nonstop route between Bogotá and Caracas, with daily flights resuming Feb. 12, 2026.
The decision follows “a comprehensive assessment of operational and aviation safety conditions conducted in coordination with the appropriate authorities.”
Avianca, a Star Alliance member and part of Grupo Abra, originally suspended its flights to Caracas (CCS) in August 2017 due to operational and security concerns, ending decades of service.
