HAMBURG — Cebu Pacific's (5J) Airbus A321neo Dreamer Plane has emerged from the paint hangar at Airbus in Hamburg wearing its 30th anniversary livery, according to photographer Dirk Grothe, who supplied photographs to Airways on October 19.
Grothe identifies the aircraft's intended Philippine registration as RP-C4137. His photographs show it wearing test registration D-AVZT, with illustrated figures and yellow stars across a blue fuselage and a yellow tail.
The design by Cebu-based artistic duo Happy Garaje uses the airline's sky blue, ocean blue, sunny yellow and tropical green palette. Its central character, Dreamer Girl, represents the travel aspirations behind the airline's anniversary campaign.

The livery was already public in February. The Hamburg photographs show the finished paintwork.
The exterior also carries references to Cebu and the airline's founder. Happy Garaje told SPOT.ph that a small illustration of a boy on a bicycle draws on John Gokongwei's story.

In its February coverage, Marketing-Interactive reported that Cebu Pacific planned a 236-seat A321neo with no changes to the cabin interior. The airline expected it to enter service during 2026 after delivery from Hamburg, serving domestic and short-haul regional routes according to operational requirements.

The carrier placed a firm order for 70 A321neos in October 2024. Airbus said the purchase agreement finalized a memorandum of understanding announced that July.
