DALLAS — GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes (G3), a leading domestic low-cost carrier in Brazil headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, has announced its first quarter report of 2025 (1Q25).
In the first quarter of 2025, G3 reported a +19.4% year-over-year increase in Passenger Business’ Net Revenue, driven by a +6.6% increase in RASK (Revenue Available Seat Per Kilometer).
It has also increased its ASK(Available Seat Per Kilometer) by +12 %, almost 50% more international capacity than in 1Q24. The airline's on-time performance (OTP) also remained consistent in these months, bringing the G3 airline's score to 89.4% with an increase of +6.5 p.p.
This put the airline on the list of the most punctual airlines in Brazil. Moreover, G3 added two new Boeing 737-8 aircraft to its fleet (totaling 54 units), which enhances its operational efficiency by supporting ongoing expansion.
Loyalty, Cargo Business Performance
GOL's smile loyalty program continues its growth trajectory:
- Miles redeemed grew by 17%
- Revenue obtained from smiles increased by 12.4%.
- Clube Simile subscription grew by 6.9%.
- GOLLOG’s revenue increases by 17.0%.
- The transported weight rose by 6.8%.

- Total Net Revenue reached R$5.6 billion, representing a 19.4% increase year-over-year.

- International Capacity expanded by approximately 50%.

- On-Time Performance (OTP) improved to 89.4%, a gain of 6.5 percentage points.
- Fleet Size, specifically MAX-8 aircraft, totaled 54 units, adding 2 new units.
