JetBlue Adds New Orlando, Dallas Links in Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE — JetBlue (B6) is adding year-round capacity into its South Florida gateway, launching new nonstop routes from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) to Orlando (MCO) and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW), while boosting frequencies to New York LaGuardia (LGA) as part of its 2026 schedule.

The carrier, already the largest airline at FLL by departures, will introduce twice-daily service to Orlando beginning May 21, 2026, and year-round daily service to Dallas Fort Worth starting March 12, 2026. The DFW route was initially announced as a spring-break-only operation but will now continue through the year, with a second daily frequency added during the March 12–23 peak.

JetBlue will also add two additional daily flights on its popular Fort Lauderdale–LaGuardia route, further thickening the corridor between South Florida and New York.

“These additions reflect the momentum we’ve built in Florida and our continued investment in Fort Lauderdale as a key gateway in our network,”
said Dave Jehn, JetBlue’s vice president of network planning and airline partnerships.

Linking Florida Focus Cities

The new Fort Lauderdale–Orlando pairing tightens the airline’s in-state network, offering a faster alternative to driving between two of Florida’s busiest tourism and VFR (visiting friends and relatives) markets. With morning and evening options in both directions, the schedule is designed to enable day-return trips and onward connections across JetBlue’s domestic and international network.

To mark the launch, JetBlue is offering introductory one-way fares from $49 on the Orlando–Fort Lauderdale route for a limited time via jetblue.com.¹

Fort Lauderdale Growth Engine

Fort Lauderdale continues to sit at the center of JetBlue’s Florida strategy. In 2025, the airline expanded to 10 in-state destinations, with Destin/Fort Walton Beach set to become its 11th in March. By December, JetBlue’s Fort Lauderdale schedule had grown to 113 daily departures serving 46 nonstop destinations, including new service across Latin America, the Caribbean and key U.S. mainland cities.

On the premium side, JetBlue has expanded its Mint offering in both Fort Lauderdale and Orlando and plans to open a dedicated Mint inflight crewmember base at FLL, underscoring the airport’s role as a core focus city.
