LATVIA — airBaltic (BT) is gearing up to enhance its network with fresh destinations. For the upcoming winter season (late October 2025 to late March 2026), airBaltic is introducing new routes from each of the three Baltic states, expanding its network and offering more travel options across Europe.
New routes include:
- Riga (Latvia) to Faro (Portugal)
- Tallinn (Estonia) to Madeira (Portugal)
- Gran Canaria (Spain) to Ljubljana (Slovenia) – supporting Lithuanian connectivity via airBaltic’s winter base

The newly launched routes aim to offer travelers even more leisure options during the colder months in Northern and Eastern Europe. In addition, we will increase flight frequencies on various existing routes from the Baltics to meet the growing demand for our services.”

- Route: Tallinn – Madeira (Portugal)
- Start Date: October 26, 2025
- Frequency: One weekly flight
For the upcoming winter season, airBaltic will boost flight frequencies from all three Baltic capitals to Amsterdam, offering 19 weekly flights from Riga and 14 weekly flights each from Tallinn and Vilnius. The airline is also expanding its presence in Dubai by introducing daily flights from Riga and doubling the frequency from Vilnius to four flights per week.
Furthermore, airBaltic will extend several summer routes into the winter season, with flights from Riga to Pisa and Porto continuing through November. The Riga to Catania route will commence earlier than usual in March 2026. The airline will increase flights from Riga to Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada, offering three weekly flights to each destination. Lastly, airBaltic will restart services between Riga and Dublin with two weekly flights during the winter period.
