DALLAS – Breeze Airways (MX), the premium leisure carrier known for its “Seriously Nice” service, is expanding its Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) offering with new nonstop routes to Akron-Canton, Ohio, and Wilmington, N.C., beginning this November.
Service to Wilmington will operate on Mondays and Fridays starting November 7. Akron-Canton flights will run Wednesdays and Saturdays, with BreezeThru (no plane change) service on Mondays and Fridays beginning November 5.
David Neeleman, Breeze’s founder and CEO, highlighted Fort Lauderdale as a key addition to the airline’s Florida expansion, noting its popularity for winter travelers. FLL’s Aviation Director Mark E. Gale welcomed the carrier, citing previous successful partnerships with Neeleman-led airlines.
Flights can be booked via the MX app or website. Promotional fares must be purchased by May 13, 2025, for travel through January 6, 2026.
