Transavia (HV) is temporarily moving its operations from Eindhoven Airport (EIN) in the Netherlands due to a complete renovation of its runway from February 1 to July 18, 2027. Instead, the airline will operate some of its flights from Maastricht Aachen Airport (MST) in the Netherlands and Weeze Airport (NRN) in Germany.
Temporary fleet distribution
The airline operates nine aircraft at EIN. However, due to the runway closure at EIN, two aircraft will be based at MST and four at NRN. The rest of the fleet will be redistributed throughout its entire network. This aligns with its fleet renewal strategy, which includes Airbus narrow-body aircraft.
From NRN, the airline will operate its winter schedule to Alicante, Málaga, and Tenerife. MST will operate a small network to Faro and Gran Canaria. The airline’s Winter 2026/2027 schedule will go on sale from April 16, 2026.
