CHICAGO — United Airlines (UA) has unveiled a new expansion to its winter schedule, introducing new services to 15 U.S. cities.
From January 6, 2026, the company will introduce new services from Houston to Orlando, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Atlanta, Baltimore, and Miami; from Chicago to Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, New Orleans, and Las Vegas; and also, from Newark International (EWR) to Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. UA will also operate additional services between Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
The company is also growing its domestic network with two new routes between Newark/New York and Columbia, South Carolina, and Chattanooga, Tennessee. In addition, Houston will also see expanded service to Central America, with three times-a-week service to Guatemala City and San Salvador, as well as one additional weekly service to San Pedro Sula.
To accommodate the expanded schedule, UA will deploy larger aircraft on flights between EWR and Chicago while also adding extra flights originating in Houston, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

Reopening Tel Aviv Services
In parallel with its U.S. growth, UA is reinstating flights to Tel Aviv, Israel. From November 1, 2025, flights will depart four times a week from Chicago O'Hare (ORD), with service to Washington Dulles commencing on November 2nd, offering three departures per week.
United will again be the lone U.S. carrier with non-stop service between Tel Aviv (TLV) and both Chicago and Washington, reinforcing its standing as the lead U.S. carrier to Israel.
Moreover, UA also offers twice-daily EWR/TLV services, this year flying the most to Israel by an American aircraft. Restarting the Chicago and Washington services also reflects the airline's cautious consideration of operating, safety, and security conditions, which is an early sign of its long-term strategy for the region.
