AMSTERDAM — Transavia (HV) has revealed its updated livery on an Airbus A320neo, fresh from the paint shop. The airline shared the first look on its newsroom and social media, marking the start of a wider brand refresh that will cover both its fleet and customer touch points.
A Cleaner Look
The new design keeps Transavia’s well-known green but softens the shade and introduces a sharper, more modern logo. According to the airline, this update aims to provide a consistent look across its fleet, website, signage, and other platforms, while maintaining the brand's ease of recognition.
The A320neo is the first aircraft to wear the new scheme, and more will follow as the carrier continues taking deliveries of Airbus neos in the coming years.

Linking Past and Present
This latest development comes only months after Transavia highlighted its history with a retro-themed aircraft. In January, the airline marked its 60th anniversary by painting an Airbus A321neo in the original 1966 Transavia Holland colors. That jet, registered PH-YHD, arrived in Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS) in July with flight number HV1965 and later operated its first commercial service to Faro (FAO).
With one aircraft painted in retro colors and another in the new livery, Transavia highlights both its heritage and its move toward the future.

Fleet Renewal
The livery update is tied closely to the fleet changes underway. HV is gradually shifting from its Boeing 737-800s to Airbus A320neo and A321neo models. The new aircraft offers improved fuel efficiency, quieter operations, and reduced emissions, making it the ideal platform to launch a refreshed brand image.

Moving Forward
Together, the retro jet and the new livery A320neo reflect the airline’s balancing act. One celebrates six decades of flying, while the other marks a new phase under the Air France-KLM Group. As more Neos join the fleet by the end of 2025, passengers in Europe will begin to see the updated green across more routes.
