ATLANTA — After ten years of customer and employee feedback and two years of internal design, Delta Air Lines (DL) is introducing a next-generation Delta One Suite for its Airbus A350-1000 fleet.
Delta is also expanding its suite offering to the Airbus A330-200/300 fleets for the first time, along with an always-open self-serve snack station for Delta One Customers. The airline is spending a total of $1B on fleet upgrade investments.

New Delta One Suites
Thomson Aero Seating designs the new Delta One Suites coming to DL’s A350-1000 fleet and features a bespoke Delta One Experience. The seat is full of premium touches, including a 3-inch-longer bed for customers over six-and-a-half feet tall, a new cushioned seat, and smart stowage options, such as a cubby for shoes.
“Every time a customer boards a Delta flight, the experience and surroundings should feel familiar — creating a sense of home and comfort when you’re away,” said Mauricio Parise, vice president of Brand Experience. “That was the driving factor behind every intentional design feature and investment we made in developing our brand new A350-1000 experience, which we extended through nose-to-tail upgrades of our A330-200/300s and will continue to roll out across our fleet.”
The suites will include 24-inch cinema-quality screens, DL’s largest ever. These screens will be brighter and display sharper images than current screens. Bluetooth and wireless charging bring the suites up to modern technology standards and allow customers to use their own headphones and charge multiple devices throughout the flight.
Delta One Suites on A350-1000s will be in a reverse-herringbone configuration. The outer rows will face the windows and offer additional privacy. Customers traveling with a companion may prefer the suites located in the middle of the cabin, as these feature the popular sliding windows. These windows can be closed for complete privacy.

Snacks section
A new snack station is coming to the main entryway, allowing customers to choose their snack and when they want it, this can be between-meal services or just to stretch their legs.
“This snack station gives customers control over their time – small choices like when to grab a snack can feel meaningful,” said Parise. “We are deliberate about making it easy for customers to get what they need when they need it and offering a flight experience that best meets the needs of each customer. Whether you’re working, traveling with kids, or simply awake when others are sleeping — it’s there for you.”

DL’s A330-200/300 fleets are also receiving these upgraded suites, along with technological upgrades, creating continuity in the Delta One experience across fleet types.

Every cabin
Delta One cabins are not the only ones getting show,n love. New seat designs are coming for Delta Comfort and Delta Main, including an additional inch of legroom and a seatback shelf to keep personal items. Every seat on the A350-1000s and A330ceos will have memory foam cushions, along with USB-C and international AC power outlets.
“The experience is designed to be deeply human-centric, with every inch within the aircraft created to provide top-notch comfort and connectivity,” said Parise. “As we expand our network into Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and beyond, these aircraft ensure we have the right capacity, efficiency, and experience our customers want on Delta.”
Every seat on the A350-1000 and A330-200/300 will have a larger seatback screen offering 4K QLED resolution and Bluetooth. The Thales in-flight entertainment unlocks more content than ever before with more varieties of movies, series, live, and curated content.
